-We measure your strength, explosiveness, mobility, and Bat speed. From there, we build a program to evaluate your performance.
-Three primary focus:
1. Bat Speed (Consistency with swinging the bat faster to hit the ball harder)
2. Bat-To-Ball (Make more contact, and turn bat speed into hard contact)
3. Swing Decision (learn to attack pitches you drive harder)
