Cam Madding is the strength and conditioning coach at Freed-Hardeman University. Cam is a graduate student working on his Master’s in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation.  He is currently in pursuit to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has 6 years of college baseball experience where he has a career .304 batting average and over 200 collegiate hits. Now, he is offering private speed and conditioning lessons plus hitting instruction for baseball players of all ages and levels. Athlete’s will work on explosive sprints, functional strength workouts, and tweaking there swing for more bat speed, power, and consistency.
