(8U-Up) Train to improve bat speed, contact skills, and swing decisions, so that you can barrel up more balls more often. Our program is powered by analytics & high performance coaching. Every 6 week training block athletes re-test, allowing us to double down on what’s working and adjust the program to target your needs.
